Either in Writer, Impress etc. They work for me perfectly. I use OOo 2.0.1 on linux (kubuntu), but checked also in Windows: OK. You mention only a subset of the tools there. Does it mean that you can use 4-point stars or 8-point stars? In order to confirm, a more detailed recipe to reproduce the problem would be needed. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. The problem is always reproducible i.e. I just have to open any openoffice program and start using the drawing bar. Basically I get something like this http://www.muishkin.com/oodraw2.png when I tried to insert the ones mentioned in the bug report. You can still see those blue resizing squares associated with the shape but the shape is not actually there. If I right/left click on any part of document again those blue resizing squares disappears and the document is blank again. I compiled it a gentoo system (2.6.14-r15 with gcc 3.4.4-r1) with the use flags +curl +eds +gtk +java -kde -ldap +mozilla +xml2 +zlib. I also recently upgraded to gtk+-2.8.8 without recompiling openoffice. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. Maybe you can ask for help in the developers mail list. Have you tried an official build if that exists for gentoo? - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
