2007 ---
The handout view always shows only the first page of the handout (as a sample).
This contains only the first 2 to 6 slides (depending upon which layout is
selected).

But OOo never shows the subsequent slides in Handout view.

This a great problem for the user, as explained below:
Depending upon the layout of the handout, the size of each slide also changes. 
Slides that contain small fonts/graphics may become unreadable at the current
zoom level.
Therefore, it is important to check whether all slides are readable with the
current setting.

But at present, OOo does not allow us to see the effect of the selected layout
on all slides.
The only option left is to print all pages and check the result.
This trial-and-error method would waste a tremendous amount of paper and time.

Desired: 
1. Allow user to scroll through all handout pages of the presentation (all 
slides)
2. The Handout view should be in sync with the Normal view: If we select the nth
slide in Normal view, and switch to the Handout view, the handout should
show the page that contains the current (nth) slide.
