Unfortunately, this is not possible. The workaround to insert a text box with rotated text into a table cell is quite annoying as much reformatting is necessary to get a decent looking table. (For comparison: Powerpoint 2003 has a very restricted possibility as it can rotate text in PP tables, however only 90 degrees in only one direction.) - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
