SwFlyDrawObj (a) is not a SwVirtFlyDrawObj (b) which has all that. The difference is that (a) is used as base object in Header/footer and (b) is created to visualize, referencing (a). The reason that createViewIndependentPrimitive2DSequence() is used at all at (a) is that GetBoundRect() is used. Added a VC for that SdrObject and implemented a createViewIndependentPrimitive2DSequence() which simply returns nothing. This avoids the assert. Note that there are other asserts when loading the document which are also in the master (tested this with DEV300 m33 non-pro). Checking in.
