When trying to print multiple slides with Impress (i.e. in "handouts" mode), the
layout order ("horizontal"/"vertical") is grayed out if the "slides per page"
value is set FIRST.
The result is one can't even print handouts with 2 slides per page in vertical
layout without tricks!
