pl->cd: This only happens when one tries to print without a printer, then adds a
printer to the system and then tries to print again.
When adding a printer to the system a DataChanged event is sent to all windows
that the printer has changed. However in sfx2/source/view/viewprn.cxx in
SfxViewShell::ExecPrint_Impl there seems to be still the default printer from
the first try (when no printer was actually in the system) and brings up the
error box as well as starting the print dialog with the now obsolete display
printer.
I don't know who should react on this DataChanged event and release the obsolete
printer, sfx or the application, but one definitely should. Could you please
have a look ?
