If I export the envelope as PDF and use Acrobat to print it using the same CUPS printer, it does print the envelope properly. I have not been able to define any setting within the OO print section(s) that will allow a document to be printed with printer defaults. This was fixed back in the early 2.x releases, but seems to be broken again. I tried configuring the printer through spadmin. The Properties page would
not let me select any paper size other than 'letter' nor any output tray
other than 'tray 2'. I don't know where 'tray 2' came from, I only have one
tray ('tray 1') and one Manual feed slot.
This is a persistent problem and has been reported in various form but never
fixed.
