The already registered' has been removed because it is at least the same "i
don"t want to register" with the same effects for the user.
And yes, we want to ask to register after every update. We want the user to go
through the survey to get information to improve OOo.

The defect is that a valid, important option was removed. If this was a mistake
it should be added again. If it was an Ooo option then in my opinion it is a bad
option.

2009 ---
There used to be a fourth option on the Registration dialog after install. I
think it doesn't make sense that it was removed. It forces the user to choose "I
don't want to register" (which is not true) or "I want to register" (which is
annoying if you have already done so...)

Is the idea to have people register every new build?
