Close these applications and click Retry to continue. I do NOT see what files can be used by SeaMonkey and OOo, so I see NO need to close SeaMonkey. IMHO, this is NOT very wise in the 21st century to ask the user to close the web-browser! This message comes up with the Microsoft Installer. It might be that the OOo plugin in is in use by seamonkey. There is nothing that OOo can do. There is no risk to ignore this message box.
