Everything looked fine (I selected Typical install to prevent any issues that might stem from me choosing some weird feature-combination), but at the very end the installer failed with errors. Clicking on details shows that the setup complains about a missing dependency for URE: error: Failed dependencies: openoffice.org-ure is needed by ooobasis3.0-core01-3.0.1-9379.i586 Package Name: ooobasis3.0-core04-3.0.1-9379.i586.rpm rpm --upgrade --ignoresize -vh --relocate /opt=/tmp//opt --dbpath /tmp/.RPM_OFFICE_DATABASE /tmp/OOO300_m15_native_packed-1_en-US.9379/RPMS/ooobasis3.0-core04-3.0.1-9379.i586.rpm Returns: 1 Error during installation (I will post the full details output as an attachement.) I can provide info about exact versions of components if you tell me which ones you could need. RPM is version 4.4.6, but I usually don't use it; I do have OOo 2.0 running, and I think I only installed and used RPM to get that one. This time however I did not try to run rpm manually.
