Reassigning to QA for verification.
To reproduce:
In a fresh installation (at least Tools.Options.Calc.SortLists not touched yet)
change Tools.Options.LanguageSettings.Languages Language of "Locale setting" to
Dutch (Netherlands) or Frisian. Quit and restart Office.
Tools.Options.Calc.SortLists list of weekdays now starts with Monday (in Dutch).

According to http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/NEN_2772 the first day
of the week according to the Dutch standard NEN 2772 is Monday, not Sunday. This
got messed up during alignment to CLDR (issue 39694).
