More precise, the text is to show the current path in the dialog, in case you navigated to a sub folder of your report/form collection, and the root of the complete collection is called reports resp. forms. To fix this, we just need to replace the reports/forms string with a /, as this is what is usually used to indicate the root path of a hierarchy of objects. No translation involved at all. If somebody thinks this is important enough for 3.0, that'd be fine with me.
