Are you sure, that you are using the thesaurus for OOo 2.0.x.
Your setting in dictionary.lst is false. It must be 'THES en US th_en_US_v2'. 
You should also check, whether you are using the correct thesaurus-
files: 'th_en_US_v2.dat' and 'th_en_US_v2.idx'.

They will be installed by default.
