So it is save to assume that they were absed on the LPPL-licenced patterns http://tug.org/svn/texhyphen/trunk/old/hyphen/dkcommon.tex (ascii-characters) and http://tug.org/svn/texhyphen/trunk/old/hyphen/dkspecial.tex (part with non-ascii characters) Creation is easy as no special macros included in those (only replace the encodings in dkspecial.text with the corresponding characters as defined in http://tug.org/svn/texhyphen/trunk/old/hyphen/dkhyph.tex and you're done.
