How do you control this disabling? An environment variable would be nice for this because that would also solve CWS tml04 (issue 19510 / issue 65209) and I guess it is in general not needed to disable ActiveX if the regular VS 2005 is used. It would be nice to get the Express and the regular VS 2005 supported by configure, the Express version would implicitely disable ActiveX.
