They actually were untranslated by accident until very recently; apparently the fix for this does not work correctly for your. Your log is too short to tell what happened. According to filter/prj/build.lst directory source/config/fragments/filter should be made before source/config/fragments. In the ../filter subdirectory the makefile has a rule to make the xcu files in filter/$INPATH/misc/filter/ by merging translations from source/config/fragments/filter/localize.sdf onto the original xcu files. This merge is handled by the 'cfgex' tool. That tool should have been built in module transex3. I am rather sure you have it, because it also is needed to localize officecfg. there is an (indirect) dependency in the prj/build.lst, which requires building transex3 before filter. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
