The first issue is on the second slide. Instead of the roman numbers that are expected you see hooks for numbering. The second issue is on the third slide. Instead of the EU logo that is used for numbering you see smileys. Be aware the smileys are watermarks and difficult to see as they are light grey. According to users having access to MS Powerpoint both issues won't occure when opening the ppt in MS Powerpoint.
