Also trying to track as close as possible with i386. The only exception is --with-alloc=system is necessary because the alignment is not properly detected. Also there is no Sun Java for SPARC so gcj is used. So I think SPARC will just follow what is done for i386 upstream, if it works. All other and new ports to linux would default to using the gcc stl headers, i.e. x86_64,ppc64,mipsel,mipseb,mipsel64,mipseb64,arm-eabi,arm etc. One can still build against stlport if you want with --with-stlport4 except that now the warning about the ABI that is being voided is against the new default. Open question is the powerpc or sparc ports want to change abis and start to default to system-stl or not. The real plus here is that ports of OOo to Linux new archs don't get stuck on porting stlport but can get right into the real business of porting OOo itself. We stick a few tests in here as well for a suitably new compiler and suitable for use with visibility gcc stl headers.
