Now that cws newportstl is integrated in m245, coupled with Mac specific
bugfixes related to without-stlport4, only this trivial patch should be needed
to make system (gcc) stl the default.

This makes the Mac OS X build process faster, uses native code and makes the
installation size smaller.

As gcc stl is included in all Mac OS X installations, there are no extra
dependencies.
