The original test file attached to that issue contains lots of formatted rows, and lots of charts. While submitting the issue, loading charts worked in a reasonable time. Import of row formatting took 95% of loading time of 20 minutes. Fix for issue 96758 reduced the loading time to 1 minute, row formatting has been reduced from 19 minutes to 2 seconds. Now, in DEV300m45, loading charts takes extremely long, this issue is currently under investigation. The test document loads in about 10 minutes now (instead 1 minute). Therefore, this new issue handles the original fix of improved row formatting only. I will attach a new test document which is a copy of the original but without chart objects.
