The values 998 and 999 are displayed as 1000, but treated with their correct value as you can see in the other columns. When OOo supports 15 decimal digits, the values should be shown as 998 and 999. Larger values should be shown in scientific notation to indicate, that they might have rounding errors and the user cannot trust, that they are integral numbers.
