To reproduce the problem: 1) Open the sheet with calc 2) Enable macros if requested (i think it makes no difference, 'cause the bug isn't macro related) 3) Dobule click on the big chart like if you wanted to modify it 4) Without modifying anything click outside of the graph, in any cell On my system this causes calc to crash. BTW, in the meantime i upgraded to version 3.1.1, so I attached a new crash trace for this version. The behaviour changed a little too. Up to version 3.1.0 after opening the sheet calc automatically considered it modified, even if I changed nothing. If I tried to save it immediately I got the crash. With version 3.1.1 the sheet is (properly) considered unchanged on open, and if I change some cell and save it, it works, no crash. But if I try to change the chart it crashes again, like it did with version 3.1.0. Starting with version 3.1 it caused oocalc to crash whenever I try to save it. The problem seems to be related to a graph included in the spreadsheet. If I remove it everything works again as expected, but I have to do the removal using version 3.0, cause trying to modify it from 3.1 causes again oocalc to crash. Reducing this in half (A5:A32768) eliminated the problem. 2) I tried creating a sample document to reproduce the problem by copy pasting all the relevant data (without formulas because of copyright issues) and the chart to a new document, and the problem disappeared too, even if the full column span described above was left in the chart.
