When you set a mouseEventListener in a Calc Doc having one or several sheets
frozen, some problems appear :
If you click in pane n°4, then the non frozen Sheets don't have the event
handler working anymore.
If you click in the left frozen column, then the non frozen sheets have the
listener working again...
