I do *not* confirm this as a defect!

If an Excel document contains a module it should be imported by Calc. It should
even be imported, if it´s empty. Depending on the use case, only the existence
of a module and possibly its name can be a meaningful property of the document.

The existence of a module should result in a macro warning. MS Excel also does
show this warning, even if the module is empty.

Resolving issue, changing resolution to INVALID.

Sometimes, when I open in Calc an XLS file, Calc asks me to activate or not
macros, even if there are no macros in the original file. The practical solution
I found is to open macro dialog and delete all the empty modules in library
Standard of the file. Then to save as ODS and then again save as XLS (if I
need it in that format). Is a defect: Calc should not import empty modules.
