In spreadsheet, if a cell contains lots of text, the row height may larger than
the window or even screen height. In that case it is currently not possible to
re-size the row-height by the mouse. It is possible to do this by keyboard or by
the menu, however these interactions need some knowledge not every user has.
Idea (offered by nn):
Allow the user to grab cells with an oversized height always at the lower window
border, regardless of, if the cell is actually ending there. Grabbing the cell
at the lower window border would have the same effect as grabbing the cell at
its lower cell border, so the user is able to change the cell height by the
mouse.
