produce a calc table with 3 columns (1x X-values, 2x Y-values)

make a XY-diagram with 2 y-axes and relate 1 of the columns to the 2nd y-axis

1. save as .ods
2. save as .xls
(everything o.k. until now)
3. close the .xls
4. open the .xls again
(the 2nd y-axis isn't where it should be but is placed o n the 1st y-axis)

I can confirm it on win7.
When you saved to xls the secondary axis went to the first Y axis.

If you open xls file and Chart, you can remove secondary axis in edit mode.
If you add secondary Y axis again it will be placed over on first Y axis.
