I'm using swiss german and my system (KDE) uses the point (.) as separator. I
have switched the default to swiss german in OOo because now (just since 1.9.74)
the komma is used on the keyboard as separator (only the one on the decimal
block). In no other programm else.

Now I could set the option "use decimal separator" in the language settings like
I want. It uses every time the point on the keyboard as komma. If I set the
language to default, it appears the sentence:" use like system (,) and if I
choose this or not, the komma is used. If I switch to swiss german, it changes
to (.). But here the same, only the (,) appears in the spreadsheet if I press
the key which normally gives me a point (.).

It is the same in new or old documents.
