The implementation is already done working in go-oo. But I'm afraid this is
also one of those things that need approval from ux.

Ok. Then let´s invite the UX team to participate here! (I just dropped a message
to [ux-request] mailing list.)

By now, Datapilot´s output defaults to the current worksheet underneath the
source range. In most cases the user wants the output to be placed on a separate
(new) worksheet. The main reason for this is, that the source range of a
Datapilot typically is big. It stretches out over a great number of rows. In
order to see the result, one would have to scroll all the way down the
spreadsheet.

Since Datapilot´s output defaults to the current worksheet, in most cases users
must click the More-button to open the extended options of the dialog and
change the combo box from undefined to new sheet.

Actually the patch causes a problem when modifying an existing data pilot table,
as it keeps inserting a new sheet on every edit instead of modifying the table.
 I have to fix that.

As requested. ;-)

The patch is very simple. BTW I too always thought it was weird not to default
to a new sheet. For the majority of use cases I encounter, data pilot tables
are created on new sheet, while the current sheet contain large data table. So,
this change makes sense to me.

Hi kohei,

I hope you don´t mind, that I put you on the CC of this issue. For me it is a
pain in the neck. And hopefully for you it is just a very little effort, when
you happen to touch the code of Datapilot anyway.

IMO it would be a big progress if Datapilot would just default to a new
worksheet rather than the current worksheet. That´s all.

Cheers!
