You can call it what you want, but to the user who has to regularly use csv files [for export to parsers, etc.], it is a major pain to hear that annoying thud and have to close the window every time he saves it. CSV is a one sheet format by definition, so we can't introduce a sheet delimiter. So there is only one thing left, the one for not showing the warning if there are other sheets with no content.
