Provide link(s) to instructions on how to fix the problem and the files needed for the fix. Comment: This creates a very poor impression. IMO the fix should be implemented as a matter of urgency. If the decision is otherwise at least make the fix for the problem visible (It is already very visible - although only when it is too late. The scalc.jar file from 2.0.0 works fine and full help is restored when this file is copied into the OpenOffice.or 2.0\help\en folder for Windows platforms. I unzipped the file to OOo2.0.1Win32Intel_Install. I have some help files now, but some topics still give an error message. If I search, Headers for example, I still get the error message. Did I install the file in the wrong location, or are there still problems with the program? Also, I read that the download to correct this problem will expire 30 days after the last download. What exactly does that mean? Thank you, RWH - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. I obtained a working help system simply replacing the files scalc.db scalc.ht scalc.jar scalc.key in INSTALL_DIR\help\en\ with those present in the Linux packages. Note that the OOo2.0.0 help files packaged for Windows are different from those packaged for Linux, so maybe there is some difference in contents. I posted the 4 files on rapidshare.de so you can download them following the URL http://rapidshare.de/files/9878853/OOo201LinuxEng-CalcHelpFiles.zip.html (and avoid the 100MB download for the whole Linux package).
