Hi,

if the problem is that you want the image right aligned to the real page border,
this is not possible. So the shown margins are not for the real page border but
for the last column entirely shown on the print out.

Therefore I've to set this Issue to invalid.

Sorry for no better reply.

Frank

hi
it is not at all about shrinking the image.
The problem are the edges...
If you shrink G the column H displaces the edge further. The distance from the
border's page is not the same and the value in [Format> Page] was not changed.
It is not about the image, it's about the displacement.
It's shown in the tripod.com link.
I don't know maybe it should be this way, but I don't understand why.

If you think it does not need to be fixed, closing the issue is fine by me.

Hi,

if you think the shrinking of the picture is a bug, it's not. In most cases this
is correct behavior as you would not have it overflowed to the next page in the
printout. So I'd like to close this Issue as invalid if this is Ok for you.

Otherwise describe step by step what you're doing and there the faulty behaviour
is and how we can observe it.

Thanks.

ok, to be honest, I was not able to reproduce it again.

the issue with the image's width, was because the image's size was not
protected. so sorry.

but actually there is some kind of bug. I suppose.
As images say more than words can do, here a link (turn off JavaScript):
http://dreamcase0.tripod.com/ooissue/ooissue.html

well, what I think is wrong there, is that the image moves although the edges
are the same size. yes i have seen that the border line moved also.

OO 2.0.3

if you had not replied (email notif.) i would have forgotten to reply. thanks.

Indeed the more thick drawn cell borders, what indicate the page borders, are
not visible immediately after you have opened a new document, although the
checkbox in menu 'Tools > Options > CALC > View' is checked. You have to insert
some contents and switch to "Page break prevew view" to make them visible. I
blieve it would be a good idea to have those page borders visible immediately
after the document has been opened.
