X11 only I guess? Seems to work fine in 3.0 Aqua and never occurred in the
NeoOffice implementations afaik.

In the X11 preferences, "enable keyboard shortcuts" is off. If it is on, the
command-key doesn't work at all in OOo.

1) doubleclick a cell with content -> enters editing mode
2) select a part (or all, but this does not make sense) of the content in the 
cell
3) hit "command-c" to copy the selected content -> overwrites the selection with
c instead

same for paste, cut and probably any shortcut using the command key
If I remeber right, I used some "defaults write" command to pass on the command
key as control in X11.

using control-key instead of command works fine.
