Current versions of OOo handle default numbers a lot better. Options "Precision
as shown" and "Limit decimals for general number formats" more clearly connect
between calculation precision and what is displayed.

This is an issue that probably is as old as the first versions of Staroffice,
and besides it is not a fundamental issue. Nevertheless I feel it is worth
mentioning it and it probably can be fixed easily if it is being considered
valid.

In OOo.Calc, Tools - Options - OOo.Calc, Calculate, the "Decimal Places" option
does not belong under Calculate. This option just affects the (default) display
of numbers and thus belongs under View.

Yet I have also a more fundamental concern with the way the default view is
handled in OOo Calc, but I will file this as a separate issue.
