(Machine is Dell Latitude D620 with 2.33 GHz Core 2 Duo and 2 GB RAM). The same thing occurs in base form when trying to copy/paste. This appears to be a Windows thing as I have not observed it in Linux. It also does not take that long using other windows applications.
