I checked with 2.3.1 Multilingual German version WIN XP: [680m9(Build9238)]
and can confirm the reoprted problem.
The problem is independent from sum-button. It always appears if the formula
shown in the cell for the result rises into the range with the values, the shown
formula blocks the mouse pointer so that it's impossible to drag it to the
values hidden by the formula.
I did not find an other report (DUP) for this.
