I checked with Ooo Dev 3.1.0 multilingual version English UI WIN XP: [OOo310m2
(Build 9385)] and can confirm the reported effect. But it's not a localization
problem, I also see truncated texts in that English Version. Example: IMPT().
The text for explication of the function will be shown completely before the
function has been selected.
Indeed, it seems that most of the English texts are not as long as in other
languages
