All other known duplicates deal with forgetting the style filter not category. This sounds an enhancement to me because Styles and Formatting behaves both contextually (automatic) depending on what is selected in the text AND manually (one can switch freely between Paragraph/Character/Numbering/Page when the cursor is in a part of the text) Please take over. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
