We are used to place tables in a frame anchored to the page. In 3.1 we found a
REGRESSION off the vertical adjustment in tablecells placed in a frame achored
to the page.
Please check the attached file who demonstrate the problem,
TABLE 1 is placed in a frame anchored to to a PARAGRAPH
here everitings works OK.

TABLE 2 is placed in a frame anchored to the PAGE.
when PRINTING the file the Tablecells loses theyre vertical centering.
You will alsoo see on the printed page hat the vertical centering is lost.
After toolsupdatePage Formating the adjustment is repaired
