SUMMARY:

Custom properties of documents created with version 3.1.1, or new documents
created with the test version (OOO320m3, build 9436), keep their original values
when the Document Properties window is closed.

PROCEDURE TO REPLICATE THE PROBLEM:

1) Open the Writer

= Writer opens with a new blank document

2) File / Document Properties
3) Add the following properties in Custom Properties tab:
Name = A, Type = Text, Value = 1
Name = B, Type = Text, Value = 2
Name = C, Type = Text, Value = 3
Name = D, Type = Text, Value = 4
Name = E, Type = Text, Value = 5
Name = F, Type = Text, Value = 6

4) Close the Document Properties window by clicking on OK
5) File / Document Properties

= OK: the same properties are still there

6) Close the Document Properties window (clicking Cancel/ESC)
7) Insert the properties in the document :
- Insert / Cross-reference..., DocInformation tab,
- Custom / A, Insert
- Custom / B, Insert
...
- Custom / F, Insert
- Close
= OK: document contains 123456

8) Save the document, name test.odt
9) File / Document Properties
10) Change the properties of A...E with 10, 20, 30, ..., 60, by adding a zero
after each digit in the Value field
11) Click OK to close the Document Properties window
12) File / Document Properties

= BUG: the values are back to 1, ..., 6, instead of 10, ..., 60.

EXTRA INFORMATION:

Sometimes, in a document created with 3.1.1 that I can't provide, I could change
some of the values. I didn't have any problem changing those properties in
version 3.1.1.
