In Mail Merge Wizard, step 4, create salutation, the magic is not intuitive:
only female gender matching field and value can be specified
- missing definition of/information about male and generic condition
Necessary steps or prerequisites for format of address list are neither
documented nor easily shown to the user. I discovered the magic (and the bugs)
only after several manual tryings.
suggestion: add extra button for editing, viewing and checking conditions for
all 3 cases.
