This is a networked Xerox Phaser 4500 with a duplexer and printing in black and white. I have done this task 10 times with OpenOffice and 3 with MS Word 2003. I have been using writer to print a 16 page double sided booklet 50 times. In OpenOffice if I send that to the network printer, it will spool for 40mins before getting the printer to print the first page. Then the whole job will take about 5-6 hours to complete.
