OOo330m1, WinXP The simple text in the attached doc file (just a few text lines, created in MS Word97 without sections or write protection) is opened as write protected section. There is no section or write protection in OOo 3.2 Disable Write Protection in Format/Section and text changes are possible. This is not a duplicate to issue 112303 but it maybe a duplicate to Issue 113349. In my eyes it is a regression. I am pretty sure that old doc files I have tested had never been protected. If I open them with OOo 3.2.1 I do not see any protected section in these doc files (Format Sections is grayed in OOo 3.2.1). Of course the bug is still there with OOO330m1. Kind regards.
