When setting a hyperlink to a heading, all headings have the same numbering
pattern: 1, 1.1, ..1.3.6, .., indépendent from the one used in the document,
which can use a mix of numbers and upper- and lower-case letters with various
separators. For example, 'AC4a' (in my numbering format) is listed as '1.3.5.1'
--hard to recognize. (At level 3, para# 5 is '4' because the numbering starts at
0 in the document.) (In the navigator, the numbering is correct.)
The numbering in the hyperlink list should reproduce the one actually used in
the document.
