The object becomes exported and it is possible to activate in MS Word. Do have activated the option MathType to OOo Math in Tools.Options.LoadSave.MS_Office? More details: The bug seems to be SvxMSExportOLEObjects::ExportOLEObject. That function exports the math ole object fine in ooo320-m19 for me, but it does not in dev300-m85.
