a: After a power failure, OO recovered 3 files: FilA, FilB, FilC.
I edited FilB, FilC, and OO crashed. It saved FilB, FilC.
b: When I restarted OO, it showed 3 files to recover: FilA, FilB, FilC, but
recovered, and re-loaded, only the last two --apparently, because FilA had not
been saved after the crash.
c: I closed OO, saving the files FilB, FilC, and reopened it: then, it listed
FilA for recovery, and recovered it.
I think the 3 files should have been recovered together, on step b.

You describe something that happen*ed* but not something that happen*s* i.e.
something reproducible with an exact scenario.
Therefore this issue is invalid.
