Yes, libre Office saved a fixed value and a formula as content of one table cell
- the program will be confused by this, because formulas will be updated by
entering the table.

...not without any reason. The content of the table (see the xml code) has been
stored incorrectly - there is a number or a string value stared in the cells -
but also a formula value (like =2). So the value changes to the formula value
when entering the table.
The odt has been created by libreOffice. Can you also create such a file with
native OpenOffice? If so, please give the instructions here. The root cause is
in generating such a file.

DD - MRU you are right!
There is a reason and this depends on LibreOffice. My fault, sorry.

Anyway, could you please explain why when the file is open I can read correct
data while only after clicking on the table data are changed? Is there a sort of
data presentation cache?
I ask because it happens frequently that I insert or I change a formula in a
non-void cell and data are not changed even if I force the update via F9.
