The user is not aware that there are diffrent types of graphics in Writer. From the user interface standpoint, the available actions for any graphic should be the same, independend if it's a single Shape from the drawing toolbar, an embedded Draw graphic, an inserted GDI Metafile or an inserted Bitmap. At least the basic operations like Scaling, Rotating and Positioning should work the same way for all of them!
