ES->OS: it's a since years known "cosmetic problem" that entries inserted on a
multiselection or entries modified after having been inserted are not marked the
same as entries inserted by default on one peice of text.
This has 2 impacts on the user's work:
1) those kind of entries are not so visible than normal ones (just a small grey
mark in front of them)
2) now it appears that this small mark, when appearing at line break moves the
text of one character.
"Whished" fix: use the same entry marker for all kind of entry ( 1) would solve
also 2) )
Else: look if it not only a layout problem (FME?)
