Maybe I wasn't clear with step 2, so here are all steps to reproduce again, maybe a bit more clear (also adding step 0 that might help): 0. create new document 1. enter some notes 2. click save as 3. on the warning that you have notes click that you don't want to save 4. delete all notes 5. click save as - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
