I just could not reproduce the effect again (I have a new PC), so it seems to
have been caused by the driver or graphics card of my former PC.

Thanks!

SBA->tommyads: Your reported based on OOo 2.0.
Rainer said that in OOo 2.02 he could not reproduce it.
I can't see such problems in OOo 2.1 RC on win2000 either.

Note that such display problems (not only on Windows) may depend on
 - graphic card +driver (version)
 - view settings (i.e. smooth scroll, show-content-on move etc.)
 - display hardware acceleration level

Thus, toying around with these may well bring up valuable information if a
repaint problem is not easily reproducible.

I set tis one to "Worksforme". Please re-verify your findings in a younger
version (OOo 2.1 RC is out) and comment here. Feel free to "reopen" the issue if
you can reproduce that behavior and give further information.
Thank you.

I checked with "2.0.2 German version WIN XP: [680m5(Build9011)]" and was not
able to reproduce the problem.

@tommyads
How often do you see that? I tried fot 10 minutes, but I was not able to
reproduce the ugly view.
